Dr. Zhibin (Alex) Li

Dr. Zhibin (Alex) Li is an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Perception, Action and Behaviour (IPAB) in the School of Informatics, University of Edinburgh where he is also the head of the Advanced Robotics Lab. His goal is to control the dynamic behaviour of a wide variety of robotic systems and to achieve human-comparable ability to move, manipulate, and grasp. His research focuses on producing skilful, agile, athletic, and well coordinated physical motions and interactions through control theories, optimization and machine learning.
